Our Mission

The Healing Embrace Network is founded by professionals with extensive real world experience in the healing care of children. We are here to provide practical solutions to the problems that plague the victims and survivors of child abuse and neglect.

We are here to make a real difference in the world.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Healing Embrace Network is to enhance the quality and availability of healing help available to child victims and adult survivors of abuse and neglect. We aim to accomplish this mission through the pursuit of the following goals:

  • Cultivate a discourse among competent healing professionals to brainstorm and compile practical, proven solutions to the problems associated with abuse and neglect
  • Increase awareness among the general public of the problem of abuse and neglect and how all people can contribute to the solutions
  • Improve the quality of care at residential treatment care facilities everywhere by challenging them to operate more effectively and to uphold the best interests of their clients as their highest priority
  • Encourage as many competent and capable people as possible to become foster parents, to increase the number of high-quality foster homes across the country
  • Create a line of therapeutic tools and training services for clinical and non-clinical advocates to use to enhance the quality of healing services they provide
  • Open a residential treatment care facility that employs competent people, fresh ideas, stellar training, common sense, and practical solutions to help its clients through the healing process
  • Raise funds to create grants that enable lower-income clients to access services of the type and quality that are often cost-prohibitive for them
  • Innovate a system to acquire and renovate real estate to create “ultimate” foster and adoptive homes, and then provide these homes for free or for a significant discount to exceptional foster and adoptive parents eager to provide even greater care than they already do
  • Construct a self-contained community with homes and facilities set up to provide the greatest network of care and services possible for foster and adoptive families living there as well as for residential treatment and outpatient clients
